How we're funded

Short answer: by our members, and only our members. Exdatrips is not an affiliate site, so the trips you see are the ones worth taking, not the ones that pay us.

• Funded by members only

  Exdatrips is paid for by membership fees and nothing else. Your membership pays for the daily fare checks, the flight data and keeping the site running.

• No affiliate links or commissions

  We earn no commission from airlines, booking sites or travel agents. Our booking links carry no affiliate or referral codes, so we earn nothing when you book.

• No paid placements

  No airline, airport or company can pay to appear on Exdatrips or to rank higher. Every trip is ranked on our EDT rules alone: time in the city, flight times and price.

• Direct airline booking

  Every booking link goes straight to the airline's own website, never a third party. You book and pay with the airline, with no booking fee from us.

• No ads on the site

  We don't show adverts or sell sponsored spots. The only thing we sell is membership.

• What we do measure

  We advertise Exdatrips itself, for example on Google. A Google Ads tag counts when someone joins or clicks through to an airline, so we can see which of our own ads work. Airlines pay us nothing for those clicks.
